We offer a cost effective Clerk of Works service offering high quality practical solutions for today’s building commissioners. Over 30 years experience as Clerk of Works specialising in site quality assurance and site quality control for all trades of construction, offering a comprehensive Clerk of Works service to private and local authority clients.
Civil Engineering
We have a vast experience in civil engineering projects ranging from bridges, water tanks, water treatment works, sewage treatment works and culverts.
Our nationwide service covers all aspects of the feasibility, detailed design and implementation of major developments and infrastructure.
Streetscape
We have worked on various streetscape works including the Gorbals area in Glasgow, Clydebank Re-built including the former John Brown Shipyard site, the Solidarity Plaza and the centre reservations on the Glasgow Road, we are also involved with all streetscape works on the social housing sites hat we supply clerk of works.
M&E
We carry M & E clerk of works that have been involved with School projects, Secure units, Court houses, Universities and Office developments.
We offer a nationwide service which has seen us involved with local projects to various contracts in both Ireland and Northern Ireland.
